The Ideal saddle range was considerably extended in 2007, to include several new dressage models, which are now becoming some of the most popular saddles for serious riders.

Ideal Dressage saddles: Ideal Tonishia … a fairly new and already very popular model in the UK. Ideal state “ The tree in this saddle has been technologically designed to allow room for the muscle mass found at the thoracic part of the trapezius (base of wither)” …. so we can see that some serious thought has been put into the design of this excellent saddle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDIdeal Suzannah 1650 … a superb design of dressage saddle, which has been become a favourite with saddle fitters, due to the contemporary panel design which suits the well-schooled dressage horse. Nice deep seat and large front knee blocks make this a top seller in the UK. Great value too. Ideal Roella 1350 … a similar saddle to the Suzannah, but specifically made for the petite rider, with the tree having a narrower waist. Great English hand-made quality at a bargain price. Ideal Elizabeth 350… a modern lightweight close-contact single flap dressage saddle, with deep seat and finished with soft leather. Knee blocks applied to the flap, and soft wool-flocked panel Ideal Jessica … one of Ideal’s oldest models and still held in great esteem by riders in many countries. A classic dressage saddle design, now built on a tree with a wider gullet to give a broader bearing surface, and with the benefit of large front blocks for rider comfort. Fabulous value. Ideal Jessica Pro …an evolution of the original Jessica model, with an even fuller panel and larger bearing surface. Also slightly larger kneerolls with decoratively stiched kneepads.
